The Leadership: AAA programme runs on a 3- or 6-month plan and is a structured programme designed to help you get from where you are to where you want to be. Built around a number of 1-2-1 coaching sessions, we start with an analysis of your current situation and partner together to plot a path to becoming the leader you want to be.
Your authentic voice, working with an assured confidence, taking intentional action.
Through a 25+ year career in Film and TV production, I understand the pressures of leadership at different levels and in different types of organisations. I have helped many aspiring leaders to develop their own voice and style.
It’s exciting to work with established and emerging leaders who are choosing to prioritise their own growth and development.
Simple
There’s a simplicity and depth to coaching that really appeals to me.
Simple: You face forward and figure out steps to get you from where you are to where you want to go.
Deep: Those steps sometimes mean digging deeper than usual, reflecting more honestly and working closer to the edge than before.
It’s in these moments where working with a coach can be a powerful experience.
You take the steps and I walk alongside encouraging and challenging you.

The whole experience is built on trust.
Together we create a space where we aim for trust in each other and trust in the process. Most of all trust in yourself to be open.

1-2-1 Coaching
Each partnership starts with a free Discovery Call. We explore your objectives and figure out a plan for the programme. Coaching sessions are usually via Zoom or Teams. We'll keep an eye on your objectives throughout, however you bring the topic for each conversation and we go at your pace. Every conversation is confidential.
Our work together is underpinned by a clear and straightforward contract.
I’m a qualified Executive and Senior Level Coach (ILM L7) and align my practice with the ICF (International Coaching Federation) code of ethics and competencies.
